We are a small company – around 20 people – where you quickly become an important part of the group. With us, you work closely with both the machines and the people. No factory with five floors, no endless decision-making paths. Just a tight-knit team that enjoys making great things, having fun along the way, and helping each other when needed.

And guess what? Here, there are plenty of opportunities to grow in your role. If you learn quickly and show interest, more doors will open than there are tools in the toolbox.

Your main responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC-controlled machines
• Perform initial runs of new items
• Ensure quality and dimensional accuracy (the stuff you already do in your sleep)
• Carry out basic maintenance and keep the area around the machines tidy
• Contribute in a small team where everyone helps each other

We believe you:

• Have a workshop or industrial education
• Have experience working with CNC machines, preferably both setup and initial runs
• Are self-driven, responsible, and meticulous – small companies need people who make things happen
• Are good at collaborating and appreciate a team that can laugh at both good and... slightly worse jokes
• Like order and tidiness (the machines will thank you later)

Meritorious:

• Forklift or overhead crane training
• Experience with Heidenhain control systems
• Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor
• Interest in developing skills in more machines or processes

Working hours:

• Shift work, two shifts with humane working hours
